Because humans’ wiring related to a few things and changing accents may take forever or be impossible. Unless someone wakes up with a kind of medical condition or is born with it, in which Indian, Chinese, Pakistani, or anyone in the world starts to speak English in an American or British accent. Because in the USA, in reality and truth, people work very hard. I know some even managers working 80 to 90 hours a week.
